Six Kicks Nike Needs to Re-release
1. Nike Air Way Up
Released in 1995 this Nike Basketball shoe was a very popular choice among some NBA players although this shoe has a similar look to the Nike Air Max Penny I. This sneaker is allegedly supposed to return in 2013 with the Chicago Bulls Colorway being the first color released however, there has been no official word to confirm.
2. Nike Air Unlimited
Released in 1994 this shoe was rated by complex magazine at the #10 Nike Basketball Design that changed the game. Worn by David Robinson who famously torched the L.A. Clippers from 71 pts in the last game of the season to overtake Shaquille O'Neal as scoring champion and also worn by Grant Hill during his final collegiate season. This design would definitely be popular in today's sneaker market with more people starting to gear towards innovative and creative designs.

3. Nike Air Barrage
Nike Football makes its debut on this list with this classic shoe which was originally released in 1995 and was Marshall Faulk's signature sneaker. With the success of the Nike Air Speed Turf Max, I feel that Nike definitely needs to retro a lot of their other sneaker from their 90's football line and this would for sure be a high selling sneaker. This shoe brings back memories of what I like to call the "Strap Era" which is when all the fly Non-Jordan sneaker pretty much were Nike Football sneakers with straps, I myself would love to see these return to the shelves ASAP.
4. Nike Air Up
This 94-95 Nike Basketball release was actually one of the first shoes Penny Hardaway played with in the NBA. Scottie Pippen also wore this shoe during the 94-95 season and it didn't stop there because even Marshall Faulk brought this shoe out on to the football field. This would def be one of the most stylish retros Nike could release and since pretty much anything tied to Penny is going to be a hit, Nike should consider dropping these once again.
5. Nike Air Mission
Junior Seau did actually have a signature shoe the Air Mission, these were actually one of my fav pairs as a kid mostly because I saw Jerry Rice play a game with them and for the longest time I thought it was his signature sneaker. Seeing as Seau did pass last year it would only be right for Nike to bring these back out and even perhaps donate some of the proceeds to either a Seau Charity or perhaps towards some kind of fund for his children. Another classic from the Strap Era.
6. Nike Air Pro Streak Max
A popular shoe in 1996 this Nike Football sneaker was worn by big bruising running backs like Tyrone Wheatley and Jerome Bettis. This sneaker never got its just due in the sneaker community at the time but to me this shoes definitely deserves its second chance to hit the shelves, hopefully they will soon.
